On Monday, November 4, 2013, the Shiner Comanche Marching Band
competed in the Texas UIL Class 1A State Marching Band Contest
at the Alamodome in San Antonio.
The band received the second-lowest (second-best) point total
from the judges in the preliminary round. In the finals, they
received the lowest (best) point total and were therefore awarded
First Place and declared Class 1A State Champions for 2013.
NOTE: This video was recorded as the band performed in preliminary competition.
