BLANCO PANTHERS AT SHINER COMANCHES
Last year: Shiner, 69-20.
Notes: Shiner (1-0) plays its second Class 3A, Division I team in Blanco (0-1) in its home opener.
Shiner defeated Hallettsville, ranked No. 10 in Class 3A, Division I, and remained at No. 2 in the Class 2A, Division I state poll.
Blanco lost to San Antonio Davenport, which will play Shiner next week.
Shiner has won 13 straight games at Comanche Stadium.
