Shiner is ranked No. 9 in the state poll and bounced back from a district-opening loss to Refugio to defeat Ganado last week.
Weimar lost its district opener to Schulenburg before beating Flatonia last week.
Weimar's Curry Johnson has rushed for 727 yards and 12 touchdowns.
Shiner's Tyler Patek has rushed for a district-leading 815 yards and nine touchdowns, and Chad Neubauer is second in the district with 772 yards rushing and 11 touchdowns.
