WOODSBORO - The Shiner Comanches dominated on both sides of the ball on their way to a 50-0 win over the Woodsboro Eagles.

Shiner (8-0, 4-0) got three touchdowns from Chris Baer on runs of 4, 14, and 48 yards. Quarterback Trey Curtis had both of his completions on the night in the first quarter, both going for touchdowns.

Justin Cowan caught the first on a 26-yard play, while the second went to Chase O'Connor and covered 18 yards.

While the offense was rolling, the Comanche defense was stifling as they held Woodsboro (1-7, 1-3) to negative 61 yards of total offense.

Baer led all rushers with 120 yards on only 7 carries while Isaac Casares totaled 73 yards on 8 carries including 1 touchdown. As a team, Shiner rushed for 313 yards.

Trey Curtis runs for a long gain with Chase O'Connor ready to make the block Friday night in Woodsboro.
